Salary: £80,000

Job Overview:

A large business advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to become incorporated into their Forensic Technology team. The individual will be responsible for managing and tutoring junior members of the team whilst managing complex engagements and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects across both eDiscovery and Forensic Technology.
  • Manage and be involved across the whole EDRM lifecycle.
  • Actively make recommendations for clients across the EDRM to create efficiencies.
  • Create efficient workflows dependent on case requirements.
  • Attend client proposals and lead business development.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to clients.
  • Stay updated with new eDiscovery and Forensic Technology methodologies.
  • Act as primary liaison with external service providers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Forensics or Information Technology.
  • Ability to work independently or integrate into a team.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the whole EDRM.
  • Must be a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams and client projects.
  • Technically proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detailed understanding of SQL and SQL databases.

In-depth knowledge of FTK, EnCase, Nuix, Recommind, Clearwell, and Concordance.

eDiscovery Processing Analyst

An international consultancy renowned for their services within the eDiscovery / Forensic Technology industry is seeking for a professional to carry out on-site data collections and data processing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within an eDiscovery / Computer Forensics capacity and will be technically proficient using software such as Mindseye TunnelVision & Relativity.

Primary responsibilities will include finding, compiling, organizing, categorizing, and verifying case-critical data efficiently across the full life cycle of the eDiscovery process – preservation, collection, processing, review and production.

Candidates are expected to show a keen interest and ability to reach accurate conclusions through the use of technology tools. Also required is the ability and willingness to undertake travel domestically and potentially internationally. Long hours during the week and on weekends may be expected, as required to meet client demands.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of applicable professional and consulting experience.
  • Experience and willingness to work in all areas of eDiscovery lifecycle.
  • Relativity experience and strong technical skills (e.g. building mobile processing/hosting servers, building analytics within Relativity, can perform data collections, etc).
  • Experience in Relativity, Tunnelvision, Nuix, Law PreDiscovery or similar platforms.
  • Strong database experience and hands on skills with MS Access and/or SQL an added benefit.
  • Experience and ability to lead small projects and multiple work streams of larger projects.
  • A citizen of an EU Country with passport or holds a passport and a European work visa that allows for unrestricted travel.
  • Excellent written communication / presentation capabilities.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Developed skills and reputation for industry / business process / technical expertise.

eDisclosure Manager / Case Manager

An international law firm is seeking for a Senior Project Manager to become incorporated into their London team. Responsibilities will include supporting the EMEA region and providing a high level of client services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in litigation projects and cases, providing technical support using litigation support tools.
  • Support and manage all levels of document management, create databases, imaging, electronic data processing, and document production.
  • Manage the full eDiscovery life cycle.
  • Liaise with eDiscovery / eDisclosure teams on projects when necessary.
  • Liaise with external service providers when necessary.
  • Import & export electronic data using a variety of applications.
  • Perform quality control to ensure error-free work.
  • Stay current on changes and trends within the industry, whilst making recommendations for new applications to suit the changing needs of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience within either a law firm or eDiscovery consultancy.
  • University degree in relevant subject field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Ringtail, Relativity or other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects whilst maintaining high quality.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Project management experience within the full EDRM and eDisclosure life cycle.
  • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines with flexibility to work outside regular business hours to accommodate tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and ensure they reach the client before the expected deadline.
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Create document review protocols, processes and quality control.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • BA degree (or equivalent)
  • Must be RCA qualified.
  • Experience in leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data in large volumes.
  • Experience using Document Review platforms
  • Experience in eDiscovery and Litigation Support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Banking / Financial services would be advantageous.
