eDiscovery Analyst – Forensic Technology

Salary: £45,000

Our client, a global advisory firm are recruiting an eDiscovery Analyst – Forensic Technology to work in their London based office

The eDiscovery Analyst will work in the Forensic Technology team, which specialises in providing technology solutions to collect, process and analyse data from a wide range of sources. The team works with clients to identify and secure electronic evidence using forensically-sound methods and best practices. Regularly working with clients on financial investigations, general commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes and corruption investigations.

This is a great opportunity to develop an eDiscovery career. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills across all aspects of the EDRM lifecycle. This position is primarily based in London, however candidates may be expected to travel occasionally as some engagements can require working on client sites within the UK and internationally. 

Main responsibilities of the eDiscovery Analyst (Forensic Technology)

  • Process data, perform Quality Control checks & upload to our document review platform
  • Provide support to document reviewers
  • Respond to client requests and queries, and triage/escalate as required
  • Proactively carry out project support/administrative functions
  • Communicate with clients and senior team members on a regular basis
  • Research new tools, techniques & workflow to stream line the processing & review function

Forensic Technology Senior Manager

Salary: £80,000

Job Overview:

A large business advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to become incorporated into their Forensic Technology team. The individual will be responsible for managing and tutoring junior members of the team whilst managing complex engagements and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects across both eDiscovery and Forensic Technology.
  • Manage and be involved across the whole EDRM lifecycle.
  • Actively make recommendations for clients across the EDRM to create efficiencies.
  • Create efficient workflows dependent on case requirements.
  • Attend client proposals and lead business development.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to clients.
  • Stay updated with new eDiscovery and Forensic Technology methodologies.
  • Act as primary liaison with external service providers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Forensics or Information Technology.
  • Ability to work independently or integrate into a team.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the whole EDRM.
  • Must be a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams and client projects.
  • Technically proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detailed understanding of SQL and SQL databases.

In-depth knowledge of FTK, EnCase, Nuix, Recommind, Clearwell, and Concordance.
