Sales Director

Our client, one of the leading international providers of integrated technology and services within the legal industry, are looking for a Director of Sales who will work as an individual contributor of Global Business Transformation Solutions with focus within the Legal Sector.

 

The primary target market will be new business from Regional/National Firms in an assigned geographic area. This role will be utilizing various internal resources for assistance throughout the sales cycle, including assisting with RFP proposals and responses required during the sales cycle.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • The generation of assigned annual revenue targets through sales of the Global Business Transformation Solutions offerings within his/her assigned sales territory. Such services include, but are not limited to Document Production, Document Creation, Records & Information Management, Mail Services, Hospitality and Reception
  • The sales territory may consist of geographic territory, named accounts, or both.
  • Formulation and execution of sales plans specific to coverage of assigned territory and achievement of assigned annual revenue targets
  • Prospecting activities for identification of prospective new clients
  • Sales calls, customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations conducted in pursuit of new and repeat business from prospective and existing clients
  • Account Management of assigned and newly-generated clients
  • Maintenance of assigned accounts and achievement of assigned customer satisfaction ratings as measured by annual client satisfaction surveys
  • Adherence to Company policies, and timely submission of sales reports as assigned

 

Required Characteristics and Credentials:

  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in selling solutions in the legal marketplace.
  • History of managing large and medium sized clients with deal sizes in the range of £200+ annually.
  • Proven and demonstrable knowledge of the legal market, including key decision makers, legal back-office processes and industry trends.
  • Strong business acumen of the document management marketplace.
  • Proven ability to quickly gain entry to key Law Department Executives and articulate a proven value/ ROI-based sale.
  • Proven track record of managing a sizable geographic territory and building a robust pipeline of high potential accounts.
  • Must possess strong proposal writing skills and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Be detail oriented and exceptionally attentive to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.

Application Support Engineer

Salary £45,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Engineer to join the busy Application Services team of an International eDiscovery provider.

The successful Application Support Engineer will support key eDiscovery systems including Brainspace, Relativity, Nuix, LAW, and a growing list of other internal applications.

You will be part of a global team of engineers working both independently and collaboratively to maintain and troubleshoot the business’s systems. You will work closely with Data Operations, Database Administration, Project Management, and IT Infrastructure teams on diverse and challenging issues.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring uptime, scalability, and performance of common eDiscovery applications like Nuix and Relativity, plus custom apps/workflows built on top of these platforms
  • Providing timely responses and resolutions to requesters within defined departmental SLAs
  • Assisting with monthly application testing outside of normal work hours
  • Performing data disposition using defined workflows to help clients remediate risk
  • Creating and maintaining a catalogue of documentation in both written and video formats
  • Learning functionality and troubleshooting methods for newly developed solutions
  • Developing and utilising your knowledge of PowerShell, T-SQL, JavaScript, etc. to troubleshoot existing issues and create custom solutions to unique problems
  • Developing familiarity and knowledge with the company systems through daily collaboration with a global team of support engineers and IT Infrastructure team members
  • Helping identify and analysing trends and creating reports for management team
  • Serving as an escalation point for front-line IT Support team

Requirements and Competencies

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in related roles
  • 2+ years of Relativity experience, either in a front-end role (e.g. Data Processing, Hosting, Project Management) or back-end/infrastructure role
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server and basic T-SQL commands
  • 2+ years experience working in a ticketing system or other defined ticketing workflow
  • 5+ years working in a Windows environment
  • Working knowledge of the EDRM
  • Relativity Certifications, specifically Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and Relativity Infrastructure Specialist are a plus
  • MS SQL Server certifications and/or experience writing advanced T-SQL queries are a plus
  • Brainspace Certifications and/or experience working in/administering a Linux environment are a plus

Application Support Engineer

Application Support Engineer – London – Circa £45,000

Overview:

A top tier eDiscovery vendor is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their London team. Responsibilities will include supporting systems using industry software such as Relativity, LAW PreDiscovery, and IPRO. The Support Engineer will work closely between both the IT and operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all databases support Relativity run optimally
  • Operate as escalation point for the support of database containing large volumes of data across multiple data centers
  • Identify trends and create analysis reports for management teams
  • Identify areas of improvement across the Relativity and LAW PreDiscovery systems
  • Enhance the eDiscovery software using SQL scripts
  • Create and maintain SQL scripts to perform data manipulation operations
  • Operate as subject matter expert and collaborate with internal and external teams

Description:

The eDiscovery Sales Manager will be responsible for selling eDiscovery services to FTSE 250 corporations and law firms. Additional responsibilities for this role will include prospecting new clients, discussing the company’s capabilities with existing clients, relating to new engagements or a new aspect of an existing engagement, and the early stages of a client project around scope definition. This position will be an individual contributor with sales targets across the U.K. and other various industry verticals. Ideal candidates must have legal & corporate wins / lots of new business experience.  You will have your own territory in Europe without a large sales team to compete with.

Responsibilities:

  • Target and prospect corporate decision makers and top law firms in the areas of Legal and Compliance.
  • Establish and develop key client relationships.
  • Participate in conference calls with clients and potential prospects.
  • Consult with clients and prospects regarding their data needs and solutions.
  • Ensure that the company is optimised in its usage of eDisclosure / eDiscovery tools.
  • Stay current on new tools, technologies and trends.
  • Stay current on prospective clients, current market conditions, and competitive information.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within the eDiscovery / eDisclosure industry with an emphasis on selling services or products to large law firms, vendors and corporations.
  • Established relationships with many for the top 100 U.K. / European law firms and FTSE 250 in house legal departments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets continuously.
  • Prior experience managing and training junior sales personnel is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience operating within a similar sales focused role.
  • Must possess relevant product and industry knowledge.
  • Full understanding of the EDRM and litigation lifecycle.
  • Ability to travel.

Senior Consultant

Salary: $150,000 Australian Dollars per annul.

A highly prestigious law firm is looking for a senior consultant to join their team in Sydney. The individual should have experience across the whole EDRM, in particular identification. However they must specialise in forensic investigations, project management, and eDiscovery / eDisclosure. Additional skills within litigation support or eDisclosure is highly beneficial.

  • Analyse and process sets of electronic data before loading into review platforms
  • Collect data from client sites.
  • Monitor the status of data across the EDRM lifecycle and ensure detailed records are maintained.
