Overview:

A top tier law firm is seeking an eDiscovery consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy services to the litigation process and wider practice groups. The role requires the candidate to have experience in all areas of the eDiscovery service.

Responsibilities:

  • You will have advanced knowledge of the EDRM.
  • Deliver a high standard of consultancy services to the firm’s internal and external clients.
  • You will provide business development and marketing support, this could include creating the internal and external collateral, responding to RFP’s and participating in pitches.
  • You will work on improvements with the collection the analysis of formal and informal feedback.
  • Provide matter specific guidance on the best solutions across concurrent matters.

Head of eDiscovery – €120,000 – €150,000

Job Overview:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Head of eDiscovery to join their team in Brussels. The roles responsibilities will include leading team members to ensure high quality of work across all stages of the EDRM. Additionally you will be responsible for communicating complex technical scenarios effectively to lawyers, partners and other non-technical personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire data collection process, this includes interviewing custodians and ensuring the IT team understands where ESI is stored.
  • Provide assistance to the data collection process when needed.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with vendors, whilst keeping abreast of new technological developments within the industry.
  • Ensure that in-house platforms are maintained and updated.
  • Liaise with clients and internal lawyers surrounding different industry platforms within the market.
  • Creating reports that detail communication patterns & data flows.
  • Be able to instruct teams on the best use of implemented technologies.
  • Stay updated with efficiencies using analytic measures.
  • Ability to present ideas to stakeholder and clients with varying seniority.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Antitrust/Competition related eDiscovery systems and services.
  • Management experience as well as prior experience of client pitching/proposals.
  • Prior experience operating within eDiscovery, this can be within a law firm or vendor environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously independently or integrated into a team.
  • Possesses a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be able to advise legal teams and clients on how to best make use of relevant and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Cyber Forensics Consultant – £45,000 – £55,000

Cyber Forensics Consultant –  Permanent – Full Time

Salary: £45000 – £55000

Job Overview:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Cyber Forensics Consultant to become incorporated into their London team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing forensic services to the legal cases and cyber incidents. Responsibilities will include interrogating data, conducting investigations and data manipulation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead forensic investigations using forensic software.
• Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure deadlines are met.
• Being responsible for the forensic process as a whole. Developing internal processes and capability development.
• Work alongside legal and business development teams to develop the company’s brand.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience utilising industry software such as EnCase, Cellebrite, and FTK.
• Advanced technical skills including experience of Linux and scripting/programming languages.
• Prior experience performing digital forensic acquisition and analysis of a multitude of devices including computers, mobiles, cloud platforms and other digital devices.
• Prior experience managing and manipulating large amounts of information and solving complex issues.
• Familiarity with the cyber security industry is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Can work both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Can work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.
