The Director and Senior Director positions are a part of the E-discovery Consulting team.  Now, following a partnership with Relativity, we are able to provide clients with the combination of Relativity and our own flagship web-based document repository.

As part of the London based team, these roles will lead on phases of e-discovery projects and will have responsibility for client delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities

Part of a cross-functional team that manages all areas related to the collection, migration, processing, analysis, conversion, quality assurance, tracking, and management of client data.  In particular:

  • Liaise with clients and project managers regarding client requests, managing expectations.
  • Plan and execute electronic evidence collection exercises, around the UK and abroad.
  • Utilise software to access, extract and cull data from electronic evidence sources
  • Manage team efforts to apply analytical skills and leverage existing methodologies to various client situations
  • Practice disciplines and create novel customised solutions to meet shifting client needs
  • Assume responsibility for day-to-day data processing
  • Co-ordinate closely with colleagues, to manage the delivery of client requirements
  • Be customer-service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary
  • Travel as required to ensure effective management of case activities.

Requirements and Competencies

Education

Associate Project Manager

Salary:  £35,000 – £40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Project Manager to join a top tier legal services provider within their London based Litigation Professional Services (UK) Department.

Reporting to the Director of UK Operations, the Associate Project Manager provides daily support for Project Managers to assist with the successful delivery of products and services offered by the business. Providing detailed documentation during initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closure phases of each project. Following process driven execution of project tasks to ensure unified Project Management methodology is adhered to. Acting as a member of the client support centre for applications hosted by the business. Document and report periodic project details to the Project Managers, LPS Leadership, clients and project teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather and thoroughly document requirements using standard project intake forms
  • Provide Project Managers with assistance across all aspects of the eDiscovery/eDisclosure lifecycle.
  • Analyse processes to propose changes or additions to project procedures
  • Follow detailed Quality Control measures to ensure accuracy of all deliverables
  • Track all time spent on project activities
  • Perform Document Production work for the purposes of regulatory/litigation disclosure exercises
  • Process electronically stored information (‘ESI’) data as and when required (training provided)
  • Perform evidence collection exercises as and when required (training provided)

Requirements and Competencies

  • Previous work experience in law firm, corporate legal department or litigation support industry preferred
  • Understanding of the EDRM and eDiscovery project lifecycle
  • Technical background, including business process analysis, database design and creation, use of electronic document review tools, facilitation and conducting software training, technical writing and information systems support

Global Operations Specialist

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Our client, a top tier legal services provider, is looking to recruit a Global Operations Specialist to join their London office. You will need 1+ years of industry experience in a technical role.

Reporting to the Director of UK Operations the main purpose of the role will be the delivery of products and services offered by Global Operations Team, which include data collection, data intake, ESI processing, document production and native redaction processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for electronically stored information, data processing & intake, document production & native redaction processing
  • Ensure that standardised procedures and workflows are followed with all activities
  • Manage timely completion of multiple requests including adjusting and reprioritising work requests accordingly
  • Pro-active communication of status delivery updates
  • Follow requirements outlined in the standard project instruction forms

Alternative responsibilities include engaging within legal teams / clients and acting as primary contact for ensure completion of projects.
