Technical Analyst

Salary: $75,000 Australian Dollars per annul.

Role Overview:

A highly prestigious law firm is looking for a technical analyst to join their team in Sydney. The individual should have experience across the whole EDRM, in particular the collection and processing of data. Additional skills within litigation support or eDisclosure is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and process sets of electronic data before loading into review platforms.
  • Collect data from client sites.
  • Monitor the status of data across the EDRM lifecycle and ensure detailed records are maintained.
  • Liaise with clients and ensure quality assurance and project documentation is provided.
  • Provide assistance training junior members of the team in appropriate software.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in relevant subject is beneficial. E.g. Computer Science, IT, Computer Forensics, or Law.
  • Prior experience within Digital Forensics, eDisclosure, or Litigation Support is required.
  • Technical proficiency using Nuix, Relativity, or EnCase is highly desirable.
  • Skills within data analytics combined with strong attention to detail.
  • Database application experience such as SQL is desirable.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge using Access.
  • Ability to work both independently in a fast paced environment and incorporated within a team is required.

eDiscovery Project Manager – €75,000

Job Overview:

A top tier, legal services provider that drives digital transformation throughout the corporate legal ecosystem is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to become incorporated into their Munich office. Individuals will be responsible for leading and supporting all project management activities offered by the company. Candidates must have experience across the whole EDRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to internal and external clients regarding their cases. This can include forensic collection and data processing.
  • Use appropriate tools to accurately estimate and update project timelines.
  • Understand, plan and mitigate risk during collection, processing and review.
  • Provide updates and estimates to client utilising available resources.
  • Understand pricing models and client agreements to ensure timely procedures.
  • Report weekly status updates on all active projects to leadership team.
  • Facilitate and conduct training for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience within litigation support / eDiscovery project management.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Relativity (RCA highly preferred).
  • Conceptual understanding of options available in processing software and ability to communicate them with clients.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship building skills.
  • Can perform appropriate delegation of tasks and follow through until task is complete.
