Job Overview:

An international consultancy operating within the Legal Technology market is seeks a hard-working, enthusiastic individual to help manage lead generation and sales procedures. Responsibilities will include uncovering new customer leads, booking meetings for senior sales members and building relationships/uncovering new relevant contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key issues and qualify target buyers.
  • Lead generation regarding on-going sales processes.
  • Developing call scripts / email / lead generation content.
  • Build strong relationships with key staff members.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate communication occurs with sales professionals within the field.
  • Arrange meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Report sales activities, call attempts, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Strong prior inside sales experience.
  • Degree educated, Business / Marketing / Law or Technology could be advantageous.
  • Ability to display business acumen through strategic selling exercises.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and articulate technical product related information.
  • Provide unscripted responses on appropriate subject matter, which can be taught.
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion to analyse and address territory opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability.
  • Strong computer ability with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel.

eDiscovery Project Manager – €75,000

Job Overview:

A top tier, legal services provider that drives digital transformation throughout the corporate legal ecosystem is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to become incorporated into their Munich office. Individuals will be responsible for leading and supporting all project management activities offered by the company. Candidates must have experience across the whole EDRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to internal and external clients regarding their cases. This can include forensic collection and data processing.
  • Use appropriate tools to accurately estimate and update project timelines.
  • Understand, plan and mitigate risk during collection, processing and review.
  • Provide updates and estimates to client utilising available resources.
  • Understand pricing models and client agreements to ensure timely procedures.
  • Report weekly status updates on all active projects to leadership team.
  • Facilitate and conduct training for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience within litigation support / eDiscovery project management.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Relativity (RCA highly preferred).
  • Conceptual understanding of options available in processing software and ability to communicate them with clients.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship building skills.
  • Can perform appropriate delegation of tasks and follow through until task is complete.
  • Possesses proactive written, electronic and verbal communication skills
