Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Our client, a top tier legal services provider, is looking to recruit a Global Operations Specialist to join their London office. You will need 1+ years of industry experience in a technical role.

Reporting to the Director of UK Operations the main purpose of the role will be the delivery of products and services offered by Global Operations Team, which include data collection, data intake, ESI processing, document production and native redaction processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for electronically stored information, data processing & intake, document production & native redaction processing
  • Ensure that standardised procedures and workflows are followed with all activities
  • Manage timely completion of multiple requests including adjusting and reprioritising work requests accordingly
  • Pro-active communication of status delivery updates
  • Follow requirements outlined in the standard project instruction forms
  • Document and track all aspects of the Global Operations activities
  • Provide customised reporting when requested
  • Validate and deliver processing results from multi-cultural and different time zones teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions within systems
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Support application testing and software updates/upgrade related activities

Requirements and Competencies:

Education and Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of the EDRM and eDiscovery project lifecycle
  • Technical background with creative analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written, electronic and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Eclipse, Relativity, LAW, eCapture, Nuix and Relativity is preferred
  • Experience with search technologies such as Lucene, DTSearch and SQL
  • Possess advance text editing skills using UltraEdit and/or Notepad++
  • Working knowledge of external physical media (Hard Drives, CD/DVD) and media encryption software

Desired Competencies:

  • Prior experience in evidence collection exercises
  • Experience with tools such as EnCase, FTK and others, would be beneficial
